You don’t have to be a fancy French chef to create this dish, and best of all, it’s as easy to make as 1,2,3! Banana Whey Protein Crepes are a great and healthy way to start the day!
1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup chocolate or vanilla Tasty Whey protein powder
1/2 cup rolled oats or whole-wheat flour
Optional: vanilla extract or cinnamon
For the filling:
6 oz Greek yogurt
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
For the topping: (optional)
Melted dark chocolate
1. Mix all crepe ingredients together and pour batter into a hot, greased pan (coconut oil).
2. Flip each crepe after the bottoms bubble. Remove promptly when each side is cooked.
3. After removing crepes, fill with Greek yogurt, fresh sliced bananas, natural peanut butter, and dark chocolate, if desired.
